Human Resource Bureau
Human Resource Bureau is a bureau that specifically focused on internal relation among SPA FEB UI’s functionaries. We have two main objectives. First. we are responsible to convince that all of SPA FEB UI’s functionaries are completely transformed from good to become excellence by maintaining each functionary individual progress throughout the year, so we could make sure that all of SPA FEB UI’s functionaries receiving value added from SPA’s programs and activities. Second, we also responsible to embrace them through our interesting programs and effective communication. So, Human Resource Bureau could make SPA not only known as the organization that work as professional, but also solid internally.

Tutor session by elder SPA FEB UI’s functionaries to the freshman functionaries.
Training discussed about the general soft skill that SPA FEB UI’s functionaries currently need.
Consists of Mid-summit, Grand Team Building, Alumni Sharing Session, DUDU, Movie and Song Day, and Ice Breaking that could strengthen the bond among SPA FEB UI’s functionaries.
